Joint Seminar: Linking deep earth to surface processes

Monday, 10:00 – 12:00, Luisenstr. 37, Room R222

This course will link deep Earth and tectonic processes to present a modern, integrated view of the Earth system. Topics include sea level variations, the concept of eustacy, mantle convection, global reference frames, basin evolution, continental uplift and geomorphology. The class will he held in a seminar style and done as a joint seminar between Geophysics and Geology. The seminar takes places on Mondays and Wednesdays 10 am.
