Professor Bunge named Secretary of the Commission of Informatics at the LRZ
The Bavarian Academy of Sciences has named Professor Bunge as the permanent Secretary of the Commission of Informatics at the Leibniz Rechenzentrum (LRZ). The LRZ operates one of the fastest Supercomputers (SuperMuc) worldwide for Civilian Computing in addition to maintaining a wide array of computing Infrastructure for researchers in the state of Bavaria.
